Don’t carry your grief alone.
Pregnancy and infant loss can be profoundly isolating. Friends and family may not know what to say. Others may expect you to "move forward" before you're ready. And sometimes the people who love you most simply can't understand what this loss feels like.
Beyond the Baby Blues' Pregnancy & Infant Loss Support Groups provide a compassionate place to connect with others who do understand.
Our free, 6-week groups are facilitated by licensed mental health professionals with experience supporting individuals and families through pregnancy and infant loss.
Our groups support those grieving:
Miscarriage
Stillbirth
TFMR (termination for medical reasons)
Ectopic pregnancy
Neonatal loss
Infant loss
Whenever possible, groups are thoughtfully formed around shared loss experiences, creating space for meaningful connection and understanding.
What to Expect
Each group is intentionally kept small to create a comfortable, supportive environment. Sessions are shaped by the grief and needs of the participants.
You'll have opportunities to share what you're going through, hear from others navigating similar challenges, and learn to integrate this loss into your family building journey.

Connection With Others Who Understand
Grief after pregnancy or infant loss can be complicated. Alongside sadness, you may experience anger, guilt, anxiety, numbness, jealousy, fear about future pregnancies, or emotions that are difficult to put into words.
Our groups offer a space where those feelings don't need to be explained or minimized.
Participants have the opportunity to share their experiences, remember their babies and pregnancies, talk about grief openly, and connect with others navigating similar losses.
